The Nordic Life Mentor education is an international development program for young people (ages 18–25), and for those who work with young people or wish to contribute to strengthening and empowering the next generation.

Kidz Academy was founded in 2013 during the teachers’ lockout in Denmark.
We opened our doors to schoolchildren, offering them the opportunity to learn what was not part of the school curriculum – tools and practices designed to strengthen self-esteem, well-being, and a sense of belonging,
While our purpose has remained the same to support the children’s voice – the concept has been continuously developed and strengthened over the years in close collaboration with a large number of children, schools, and parents.
A tried-and-tested concept that has empowered Kidz Academy to partner with schools across Europe.
Our primary initiatives include:
School Starter Camps, bringing together children, parents, teachers, and educators to learn, play, and grow as a community.
Training of Well-being Ambassadors within schools.
Mentorship programs where children inspire children, supporting and empowering one another.
Active parent meetings, where children take part.

We met in 1997, later got married, and today we have two wonderful children: Viktoria, 18, and Niklaz, 20.
Viktoria and Niklaz grew up alongside the creation of Body Mind Academy – and alongside us as parents.
This unique combination laid the foundation for Kidz Academy, a significant part of Body Mind Academy. Without a doubt, Viktoria and Niklaz have been our greatest teachers, and today they are an important part of the waoo team presented below.
Everything we teach is rooted in our own lived experience. We have traveled the world to deepen our understanding, timeless knowledge, and skills, and from this journey, we have developed our own unique concept.
We are passionate and driven by a greater purpose, and we share the same life dreams, goals, and values.
We are visionaries, fostering new ways of thinking through interactive workshops, keynotes, retreats, camps, education programs, and consultancy.
You will experience us as very different – and at the same time, this diversity is our greatest strength and the foundation of Body Mind Academy.
