General

Body Mind Academy offers retreats, camps, individual sessions, and programs through https://bodymindacademy.com/.

These terms and conditions apply to agreements between Body Mind Academy and an individual user (hereinafter referred to as “the User”) concerning our services and offerings.

Only individuals who are 18 years or older and residing in Denmark may enter into an agreement with Body Mind Academy for our services.

These terms constitute the agreement between the User and Body Mind Academy. To access the services, the User must read and accept these terms and conditions.

Scope of Service

The service provides the User with access to Body Mind Academy’s offerings as specified at the time of purchase.

Registration

The User is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided during registration. The User may only provide information related to their own payment and credit card details.

Payment

Payment for services must be made in accordance with the current price list available on the website.

• Life Mentor Program and Bali Retreat:
  A deposit of DKK 5,000 is required upon registration. This deposit is binding and non-refundable. The remaining amount will be charged 8 weeks before departure.

• 1- and 3-Day Retreats:
  Payment is due upon registration.

• Individual Sessions:
  Payment is due after the session has been completed.

The User agrees that sufficient funds will be available on the payment date.

Delivery

After purchase registration, an email will be sent with an invoice, program details, and practical information.

Cancellations

• If a retreat, camp, or course is canceled, the full amount will be refunded to the User.

• If an individual session is canceled, a new time will be offered immediately.

Date Changes

If the date of a retreat, camp, or course is changed, the User will be notified. If the new date is not convenient for the User, the full amount will be refunded.

Right of Withdrawal

• Individual Sessions:
  Withdrawal can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If withdrawal occurs within 24 hours, the full amount will be charged.

• Programs, Retreats, and Camps:
  The User has a 14-day right of withdrawal up to 10 weeks before the scheduled event. If registration occurs less than 10 weeks before the event, the right of withdrawal expires 8 weeks before.

Payment Methods

Body Mind Academy accepts online payments via Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and MobilePay Online.

All prices on the website include VAT.

The following currencies are used for pricing: DKK (Danish Kroner) and EUR.

Body Mind Academy uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information using SSL protocol, ensuring that your data is safe and cannot be accessed by unauthorized parties.

The website also utilizes SSL encryption.
